Roelmi HPC vient de publier son rapport social volontaire dans le cadre de son programme « Nature is People » (NIP®), un cadre stratégique intégrant la durabilité dans tous les aspects de son activité.

Le programme Nature is People® au cœur de sa stratégie durable

La société italienne Roelmi HPC, leader dans le domaine des solutions d’ingrédients haute performance et respectueux de l’environnement, a publié, pour la septième année consécutive, son rapport social volontaire dans le cadre de son programme Nature is People pour un développement responsable, durable et transparent.

Ce cadre s’appuie sur trois piliers fondamentaux :

• La nature : Roelmi HPC s’attache à produire des ingrédients à faible empreinte environnementale et sensibilise les parties prenantes aux choix durables qui réduisent la dépendance énergétique dans le cycle de production.

Des actions concrètes

ROELMI HPC a renforcé son engagement en matière de durabilité par des actions concrètes et structurantes :

– L’intégration juridique de la durabilité avec le statut de “Benefit Company” pour ROELMI HPC et SynBalance. Le Groupe a également publié son premier rapport de durabilité conforme aux standards GRI, incluant une analyse de double matérialité couvrant l’ensemble de ses activités.

– La poursuite d’une gestion responsable des ressources via le maintien de la certification ISO 14001, le renouvellement de projets en faveur de la biodiversité (Bosco Nettarifero avec 3Bee, partenariat Biorfarm) et l’adoption officielle de la philosophie Kintsugi, symbole de son approche d’économie circulaire fondée sur la valorisation des coproduits agroalimentaires.

– La consolidation d’un modèle attaché au bien-être et à la sécurité des employés (certification ISO 45001, 1 211 heures de formation, activités de team building, ouverture de la salle de sport aux familles). La mixité reste un axe fort avec 53 % de femmes dans les effectifs. ROELMI HPC a également intensifié son engagement sociétal, notamment via des collectes solidaires (230 kg de vêtements, dons alimentaires), des initiatives locales et des dons à des associations.

– Enfin, la durabilité s’est traduite dans la chaîne de valeur par des circuits courts (82 % de fournisseurs locaux), une garantie renforcée de la sécurité des produits (contrôles qualité multi-étapes), la protection des données clients et l’absence de cas de non-conformité réglementaire en 2024, confirmant un modèle de croissance responsable et aligné avec les objectifs de développement durable.

Italian company Roelmi HPC, a leader in high-performance, environmentally friendly ingredient solutions, has published its voluntary social report for the seventh consecutive year as part of its Nature is People programme for responsible, sustainable and transparent development.

– The pursuit of responsible resource management through the maintenance of ISO 14001 certification, the renewal of biodiversity projects (Bosco Nettarifero with 3Bee, Biorfarm partnership) and the official adoption of the Kintsugi philosophy, symbolising its circular economy approach based on the valorisation of agri-food co-products.

– Consolidation of a model committed to employee well-being and safety (ISO 45001 certification, 1,211 hours of training, team-building activities, opening of the gym to families). Diversity remains a key focus, with women making up 53% of the workforce. ROELMI HPC has also stepped up its social commitment, notably through charity collections (230 kg of clothing, food donations), local initiatives and donations to associations.

Finally, sustainability has been reflected in the value chain through short supply chains (82% local suppliers), enhanced product safety guarantees (multi-stage quality controls), customer data protection and no cases of regulatory non-compliance in 2024, confirming a responsible growth model aligned with sustainable development objectives.
