La marque française de soins dermo-pédiatriques Doucéa® lance son premier complément alimentaire : Doutopia Stick®. Destiné à soutenir les peaux à tendance atopique, sensibles et très sèches, il permet une approche In&Out et holistique en complément de la crème Doutopia®.
Créée par Natacha Tarascon, docteur en pharmacie, et lancée il y a trois ans en France, la marque Doucéa® propose une gamme de soins dermo-pédiatriques (bébés dès 6 mois, enfants, et également adultes). Dédiées aux peaux sensibles, très sèches et à tendance atopique, elles proposent deux crèmes (Doutopia® et Apaiséa®) et une eau micellaire, le tout en boitiers rechargeables et aux designs spécialement pensés pour les enfants (princesse, astronaute, nature). Fabriquée en Normandie, les formules se veulent centrées sur la protection du microbiote cutané, sans cortisone, avec une majorité d’ingrédients d’origine naturelle (entre 98,7 % à 99,8 %, et 100 % pour les prébiotiques).

Probiotiques et vitamines en stick
Lancée au mois de février 2026, Doutopia Stick® est un complément alimentaire qui vient compléter les effets de la crème du même nom. Une routine complète, In&Out, qui vise à « soutenir la barrière cutanée, renforcer la tolérance immunitaire réduire durablement les poussées de plaques sèches dès le plus jeune âge ». Et cela grâce à l’association de deux probiotiques (Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus et Lactobacillus helveticus), de vitamines B2 et D3 ainsi que l’ingrédient Lacidofil® (combinaison de L. rhamnosus Rosell®11 et L. helveticus Rosell®-52 de Lallemand Health Solutions ciblant la santé digestive) documenté par 26 études cliniques, dont 13 chez l’enfant, une utilisation depuis 1995, avec un excellent profil de tolérance.
Le format est pratique pour des cures de un mois minimum : un stick de poudre orodispersible, goût vanille, à prendre par jour (deux pour les adultes) et à intégrer facilement dans de l’eau, de la compote, du lait ou bien directement en bouche.

En cas de rougeurs, démangeaisons et sècheresse intense, et en complément des traitements dermatologiques, Doucéa recommande de suivre la routine complète associant Doutopia Stick® et la crème Doutopia® formulée pour apaiser, réparer et hydrater les peaux très sèches, à tendance atopiques et eczémateuses.
Formulée avec 99,2 % d’ingrédients naturels, cette dernière contient : du madecassoside (Centella Asiatica ou Herbe du tigre) un actif apaisant, cicatrisant et anti-inflammatoire ; des prébiotiques tels que l’inuline ; un trio d’huiles (amande douce, tournesol, jojoba) ; un complexe de sucres hydratants (xylitylglucoside, xylitol, glucose) ; et de la vitamine E.

Paediatric dermatology: Doucéa® launches its first dietary supplement for an In&Out approach
The French paediatric dermatology brand Doucéa® is launching its first dietary supplement: Doutopia Stick®. Designed to support skin prone to atopic conditions, sensitive skin and very dry skin, it offers an In&Out and holistic approach to complement the Doutopia® cream.
Created by Natacha Tarascon, a doctor of pharmacy, and launched three years ago in France, the Doucéa® brand offers a range of paediatric dermatological skincare products (for babies from 6 months, children and adults). Designed for sensitive, very dry and atopic-prone skin, the range includes two creams (Doutopia® and Apaiséa®) and a micellar water, all in refillable containers with designs specially created for children (princess, astronaut, nature). Manufactured in Normandy, the formulas are designed to protect the skin’s microbiome, are cortisone-free, and contain a majority of natural ingredients (between 98.7% and 99.8%, and 100% for prebiotics).

Probiotics and vitamins in a stick
Launched in February 2026, Doutopia Stick® is a dietary supplement that complements the effects of the cream of the same name. A complete In&Out routine, designed to “support the skin barrier, strengthen immune tolerance and sustainably reduce flare-ups of dry patches from a very young age”. This is achieved through the combination of two probiotics (Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus helveticus), vitamins B2 and D3, and the ingredient Lacidofil® (a combination of L. rhamnosus Rosell®11 and L. helveticus Rosell®-52 from Lallemand Health Solutions, targeting digestive health), supported by 26 clinical studies—including 13 in children—and in use since 1995, with an excellent safety profile.
The format is convenient for courses of treatment lasting at least one month: one stick of vanilla-flavoured orodispersible powder to be taken daily (two for adults) and easily mixed into water, fruit purée, milk or taken directly in the mouth.
