Anjac Health & Beauty rejoint le French Gut

En rejoignant cette initiative de santé participative, le groupe industriel familial français Anjac Health & Beauty (formulation, fabrication et conditionnement de produits pour les secteurs de la santé, beauté et des compléments alimentaires) réaffirme sa volonté de contribuer activement à la recherche pour la santé de demain.

Anjac Health & Beauty participe aux orientations de recherche aux côtés des autres membres du consortium et intègre les résultats scientifiques dans ses projets d’innovation.

C’est notamment au sein de la société Laboratoires Innovi que le groupe conçoit des solutions de rupture dans les domaines de la santé et de la nutrition. Ces innovations allient formats pratiques, sensorialité, efficacité démontrée et engagement durable en faveur du progrès scientifique.

Le groupe mobilise également ses collaborateurs autour de cette initiative en les incitant à partager, sur la base du volontariat, leurs habitudes alimentaires et leur état de santé auprès des experts du consortium.

Le French Gut

Initié par l’unité de recherche MetaGenoPolis-INRAE, Le French Gut est un projet scientifique qui vise à analyser le microbiote intestinal de 100 000 volontaires d’ici 2029. La « cartographie » obtenue va permettre d’identifier les facteurs qui influencent le microbiote, d’explorer ses liens avec les maladies chroniques et de faire émerger de nouvelles approches en matière de prévention, de diagnostic et de traitement contre les maladies chroniques. Elle permettra également de personnaliser les stratégies de santé et d’accélérer le développement de nouvelles solutions thérapeutiques basées sur le microbiote.

Ce projet français s’inscrit dans une dynamique mondiale, au sein du Million Microbiome of Humans Project (MMHP) qui réunit de nombreux instituts de rechercje (Karolinska Institute of Sweden, Shanghai National Clinical Research Center for Metabolic Diseases, University of Copenhagen, Denmark, Shenzhen BGI Research…). Son objectif est de constituer la plus grande base de données sur le microbiote humain (un million d’échantillons analysés).

MetaGenoPolis (MGP), une des 273 unités de recherche d’INRAE, est experte en recherche sur le microbiote intestinal appliquée à la santé et à la nutrition humaine et animale, pour accélérer la science et l’innovation. Financée par le Programme des Investissements d’Avenir (Lauréat 2012 et 2019), MGP a été coordinateur de deux grands projets qui ont permis de faire avancer la science du microbiote : le projet MetaHIT qui publie le premier catalogue de gènes microbiens intestinaux humains et le projet IHMS pour aider à normaliser l’analyse de l’ADN microbien.

Depuis sa création en 2012, MetaGenoPolis a collaboré sur 236 projets de recherche dont 154 projets en partenariat avec les industriels.

Anjac Health & Beauty joins French Gut

By joining this participatory health initiative, the French family-owned industrial group (formulation, manufacture and packaging of products for the health, beauty and food supplement sectors) reaffirms its commitment to actively contributing to research for the health of tomorrow.

Anjac Health & Beauty participates in research orientations alongside other members of the consortium and integrates scientific results into its innovation projects.

It is notably within the company Laboratoires Innovi that the group designs breakthrough solutions in the fields of health and nutrition. These innovations combine practical formats, sensoriality, proven efficacy and a lasting commitment to scientific progress.

The group also mobilises its employees around this initiative by encouraging them to voluntarily share their eating habits and health status with the consortium’s experts.

The French Gut

Initiated by the MetaGenoPolis-INRAE research unit, Le French Gut is a scientific project that aims to analyse the gut microbiota of 100,000 volunteers by 2029. The resulting ‘map’ will make it possible to identify the factors that influence the microbiota, explore its links with chronic diseases and develop new approaches to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases. It will also enable the personalisation of health strategies and accelerate the development of new microbiota-based therapeutic solutions.

This French project is part of a global initiative, the Million Microbiome of Humans Project (MMHP), which brings together numerous research institutes (Karolinska Institute of Sweden, Shanghai National Clinical Research Center for Metabolic Diseases, University of Copenhagen, Denmark, Shenzhen BGI Research, etc.). Its objective is to build the largest database on the human microbiota (one million samples analysed).

MetaGenoPolis (MGP), one of INRAE’s 273 research units, is an expert in research on the gut microbiota applied to human and animal health and nutrition, with a view to accelerating science and innovation. Funded by the Investments for the Future Programme (winner in 2012 and 2019), MGP has coordinated two major projects that have advanced the science of microbiota: the MetaHIT project, which publishes the first catalogue of human gut microbial genes, and the IHMS project, which helps to standardise microbial DNA analysis.

Since its creation in 2012, MetaGenoPolis has collaborated on 236 research projects, including 154 projects in partnership with industry.
