Alliance entre Nactarome et Plantex dans les extraits végétaux

Le groupe Nactarome, développeur et fabricant mondial en pleine croissance de solutions naturelles d’arômes, de saveurs et de colorants pour l’industrie agroalimentaire, dont le siège social est situé près de Milan, en Italie, et détenu majoritairement par TA Associates, annonce aujourd’hui l’arrivée au sein du groupe de Plantex SAS, un producteur  d’ingrédients naturels de haute qualité destinés aux industries nutraceutique, alimentaire, cosmétique et de la nutrition animale.

Plantex, actuellement détenue par Mérieux Equity Partners, a 30 ans d’expérience qui lui ont permis de développer un savoir-faire approfondi dans l’extraction botanique, puisqu’elle développe, produit et conditionne des extraits végétaux conventionnels et biologiques. Elle propose à la fois des produits standard et sur mesure pour un large éventail de secteurs, avec une expertise particulière dans le domaine en pleine croissance des nutraceutiques. C’est cette complémentarité qui fait de Plantex un partenaire de choix pour Nactarome, avec des atouts et des valeurs communs qui permettront d’offrir une valeur encore plus grande à leurs clients et parties prenantes.
